our process
1. Tell us Your IDea
Go on…tell us. We want to know what you have in mind. A shirt? A hat? Maybe even a water bottle? But before you tell us, make sure to check out exactly what we do here, because maybe we can do something even cooler than what you’re imagining! Whether it is 1 or a million there is a good chance we can do it. We have the tools to bring your ideas to life!
2. Tell us about your design
We can work with just about anything. Vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg) are always preferred because they are the files we use to print! If you have a raster file (.psd, .jpeg, .png, .tiff) or even a scribbled-down sketch on a crumpled-up piece of paper, we can recreate/vectorize your masterpiece for a small fee!
3. Get a Quote
Now that we have all your information from the form (if you haven’t filled out our form yet, go do that now and come back here!) we have almost all the information we need to get started! A team member will be reaching out to you within 48 hours from the time you submit your request to discuss pricing, show mockups, and give a quote. (we use a quoting software called Printavo for this step)
4. give us the green light
After reviewing your quote, perhaps something didn’t quite look right, no worries, we can fix that. We will work with you till we get the quote right. Once we have everything figured out, you will give the quote your seal of approval. From here we will request a 50% deposit on the order to get started!
5. we get to work
We got an approved quote, and a deposit, and now we do our thing! Your product will be ordered and you will be added to the print queue. We shoot for a 2-3 week turnaround from the time the quote is approved till your product will be finished. (we can always squeeze in a rush job for a small fee if you are just SUPER eager to get your stuff.)
6. delivery
It’s done. You are about to take delivery of the coolest thing you have ever seen and we are both excited about that. If you’re not super local to Hummelstown we can easily ship your order (for a small fee), otherwise, we will be waiting here to see your smiling face when you come to grab your stuff.
